Since 2017 it has been organised as a family office that manages the assets of the Weil family and the Robert Weil Family Foundation. It invests across asset classes, including private and listed equities, fixed income, property and alternatives, mainly directly rather than through funds or external managers. In 1993 it acquired the Aritmos group and with it the sportswear brand Puma.
