ABOUT
La Cuarta Financiación is a regional club of private investors promoted by CEEI Asturias to make seed investment in Asturian startups simpler. Membership is free; companies are presented at periodic Demo Days, followed by meetings with the founders fifteen days later, and each investment is led by a reference investor and closed through a shareholders' agreement and a syndication agreement. CEEI Asturias reported in June 2020 that the club had 65 investors and had closed three investments. Its site lists six completed rounds, including Imageryst, Triditive, Microviable and SingularBrain.
