Overview

LVMH Luxury Ventures was set up by LVMH in early 2017 to take minority stakes in emerging luxury brands with growth potential, led by Julie Bercovy, previously deputy head of M&A at LVMH. Press at launch reported an initial €50M envelope and investments of €2–10M for 15–20% stakes in leather goods, watches and jewellery, accessories, perfume and cosmetics. Recent disclosed investments are French knitwear brand Molli (July 2025) and niche perfumer BDK Parfums (November 2025); other holdings named in press include Our Legacy, Gabriela Hearst, Aimé Leon Dore, Db and Officine Universelle Buly, which LVMH later acquired.
