Overview

Action Group Holdings is a family-owned Kuwaiti group that says it invests in, builds and operates businesses across sectors and geographies. Its divisions are an investment and asset management platform, Action Real Estate Company (developments of over 4 million sq ft), Action Hotels Company, Action Energy Company K.S.C.P. (upstream oil services, listed on Boursa Kuwait since December 2025), Ebla Computer Consultancy and Action Consultancy Bureau. It is chaired by Sheikha Dr. Souad M. Al Sabah and based in the Kuwait Free Trade Zone.
