Overview

Awj Holding Company (AHC) is a Riyadh-based Saudi investment and real estate development company that states SAR 32 billion of assets under management and a 28 million sqm land bank. Its subsidiaries include AZAD Properties (asset and property management), Retail Experience Destination (regional malls, including Mall of Dhahran) and G1 (hotel development). Its investment arm, Awj Investments, acquired a 7.5% stake in developer Almajdiah in 2022 ahead of its 2025 IPO and reports a 40% stake in Oud Real Estate. HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Mansour chairs the board and Abdulaziz Almosa is CEO.
