Overview

Belvoir Capital AG calls itself a multi family office and is a FINMA-licensed manager of collective investment schemes, with its head office in Zurich and branches in Lugano and Lausanne. It traces its roots to IFP (founded 1996 as Onyx Asset Management) and took its current form in 2014 through the merger of BSZ AG and IFP; it merged with Alasia SA in December 2024. Alongside liquid portfolios and its own funds, it makes direct investments from venture capital (Series A/B) to growth private equity, real-estate special situations and club deals, often also for its own account. The site says it is backed by a family-owned banking group.
