Bentley Reid was founded in Hong Kong in 1979 by Nic Bentley and is owned and managed by the founding Bentley family and its staff, with offices in the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai and Malta. It offers wealth planning, tax advice and structuring, trusteeship and discretionary or advisory investment management to a limited number of high-net-worth individuals and families. A dedicated family office team serves several ultra-high-net-worth families, covering tax, structuring, investment, governance, philanthropy and succession. Its UK entity, Bentley Reid & Co (UK) Limited, is FCA-authorised (FRN 572096), and group entities are licensed in Hong Kong, Malta and the DIFC.
