Overview

MdF Family Partners (MdeF Partners, S.L., Madrid) describes itself as an independent wealth-advisory company founded in 2008 with offices in Madrid and Barcelona. Its services run from wealth diagnosis and strategic planning to manager due diligence, supervision or active management of family assets, consolidated reporting, family governance and philanthropy. Portfolio management and advice are provided exclusively through its wholly owned MDEF Gestefin, S.A.U., SGIIC, CNMV register no. 46, which can also manage venture-capital entities and IICs. It shares investment committees with WE Family Offices (US) and its investee WREN Investment Office (UK); together they say they advise over 130 families with more than $13bn under supervision.
