Overview

Mutual Trust was established in 1921 by W.L. Baillieu and his siblings to provide tax, accounting and trustee services to the Baillieu family, and began serving other families from the 1980s. It obtained an AFS Licence in 2004 and in 2017 combined with The Myer Family Company to form what it calls Australia's largest multi-family office. It provides family office advisory, wealth management, tax and accounting, philanthropy, trustee and property services to several hundred families from offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane, with more than 230 employees.
