Overview

Parvilla Investissements is a simplified joint-stock company created in 2006 by Jean-Marie Fabre, a former senior partner of PAI Partners, to invest in private equity, and it is controlled by its founder. It was the sole shareholder of Parvilla SAS, an AMF-authorised manager that raised the Parvilla I–III funds, until 1 October 2019, when it left that company (since renamed Bluester Capital). It now invests about 70% in small and lower mid-market LBO, through funds and co-investments, and about 30% in venture and life-science funds, in France and northern Europe. Its fund commitments include PAI Europe VII, Eurazeo PME V, Argos XI, Sofinnova XI and LSP 7.
