Overview
Peterson Group began in 1959 as a garment and embroidery trading firm on Wyndham Street, Hong Kong, moved into Hong Kong real estate in the 1970s and now manages residential, office, retail, hotel and industrial property in Asia, Europe, North America and Australia. After exiting its China businesses it set up a family office in 2012, renamed Wyndham Capital Management after obtaining an SFC licence in 2016, which runs a globally diversified multi-asset proprietary portfolio. The group says it is still family owned and managed, and holds stakes in AlTi Tiedemann Global and UK developer Hadley Property Group.
