Pratithi Investments is the private investment arm of the Kris Gopalakrishnan Family Office; Prayog Advisors LLP is the family office administering the family's holdings and is investment manager to the Pratithi Investment Fund, a SEBI Category II AIF. Since 2015 it has invested in more than 100 startups and over 20 venture and private equity funds, mostly in late-stage debt and equity, and states over $500 million AUM. It is sector agnostic and co-invests alongside institutional investors; the SGK Trust holds the family's real estate. In March 2026 Pratithi Growth Fund took part, as an existing investor, in Akshayakalpa Organic's Series D round led by ABC Impact Fund. The family office reports more than USD 500 million under management (undated).
