Overview
Procedo was founded in 1986 by Sture Johansson after a management buyout of Diös Södra and has invested in real estate in Sweden, London, Dublin, France and Berlin. It entered the Berlin residential market in the 2000s, divested its Swedish portfolio in 2017 and in 2023 launched Asservo Fastigheter, focused on industrial property in Sweden. It has offices in Stockholm and Berlin and also makes other investments, not always in real estate.
Investment thesis
Long-term investing focused on underlying growth drivers rather than exit strategies, without a strict return requirement; it builds a dedicated company around each real estate strategy and manages assets actively.
