ABOUT

Generali France is the French subsidiary of the Italian insurance group Assicurazioni Generali, headquartered at 89 rue Taitbout, Paris, since December 2025. Its main life company, Generali Vie, held €90.4bn of investments at the end of 2025, of which €13.5bn in investment-fund units and other unlisted assets. Its investment director said in July 2024 that it invests in unlisted assets as a limited partner, keeping about 5% of its allocation in private equity, mostly in generalist funds and funds of funds with a growth rather than venture bias, and about half in North America. It committed €495M to phase 1 and €200M to phase 2 of the Tibi initiative, and runs the Generali Investissement à Impact fund with INCO Ventures.
