Overview

Previdenza Cooperativa is the national negotiated supplementary pension fund for worker-members and employees of Italian cooperatives, formed from the merger of Cooperlavoro, Previcooper and Filcoop and registered with COVIP as no. 170. Its balanced sub-fund may invest up to 7% in private assets through alternative investment funds (FIA): indicatively 3% private equity, 2% private debt and 2% infrastructure. This is done through an €80M private-asset mandate with a European focus run by Green Arrow Capital Alternative Funds SGR and through FIA subscribed directly with an Italian focus. Direct holdings are €15M in FoF Private Equity Italia and €10M in FoF Private Debt Italia, both managed by Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR and committed in 2021.
