Holding AG and its wholly owned Sparkassen-Versicherung Sachsen Lebensversicherung AG and Allgemeine Versicherung AG in Dresden, plus SV pojišťovna in Prague. S.V. Holding is 51% owned by the holding company of the twelve Saxon savings banks and 49% by BSÖ Beteiligungsgesellschaft, which is held by SV SparkassenVersicherung Holding (Stuttgart) and Bayern-Versicherung Lebensversicherung (Munich). The life insurer, in business since 1992, had €5.36bn of investments at end-2025; 30.9% sits in master funds whose private-equity segment had a €157.5M book value and infrastructure €107.0M, increased in 2025 by scheduled capital calls.
