ABOUT
Avior Capital is an independent Madrid private equity firm founded by Felipe Moreno and Borja del Olmo, both formerly of Bridgepoint. Its manager, Avior Capital SGEIC, was entered in the CNMV register in July 2018. It invests €10–50m of equity in Spanish companies with revenue of €15–100m and EBITDA of €3–15m, mainly through majority stakes, in family-business, MBO/MBI, complex-shareholding and carve-out situations. By December 2025 it had made three investments with €100m of capital invested, backed by Spanish, European and North American institutional investors, private banks and single family offices.
