Overview

Azimut Libera Impresa SGR is the alternative-assets management company of the Azimut group, wholly owned by Azimut Holding S.p.A., registered in the Banca d'Italia register of AIF managers (no. 125) and of Italian ELTIF managers. Formerly Futurimpresa SGR, it took its current name in 2017. It manages Italian AIFs and runs delegated mandates for Azimut group ELTIF and RAIF umbrellas, covering buyout (Azimut Demos programme), venture capital, private debt, infrastructure and real estate, with a focus on giving retail investors access to private markets.
