Banco BPM Invest SGR is a Milan asset management company wholly owned by Banco BPM, set up in 2023 and launched in November 2024 with over EUR 1 billion of alternative-fund assets under individual portfolio management. Its team grew out of Banco BPM's alternative investments unit, which has selected private equity funds for the bank since 2015 and later added private debt, venture capital and infrastructure funds. In September 2025 it started its first fund of funds, Private Equity Opportunities, with over EUR 200 million of commitments from foundations, insurers and entrepreneurial families, with Banco BPM as anchor investor.
