Committed Advisors is a Paris-headquartered private-equity secondaries manager founded in 2010 by four managing partners, with affiliated offices in New York and Singapore. Through its funds it buys mature private-equity assets in the small and mid-sized segments in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific — LP interests, continuation funds, strip sales, preferred equity and spin-outs — and also makes primary commitments, co-investments and custom programmes. Its flagship Committed Advisors Secondary Fund (CASF) series accounts for more than 90% of AUM, which it put at €6.0bn in October 2025. Wendel completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in early April 2026, making it the secondary-market specialist of Wendel Investment Managers; the October 2025 release said CA’s teams would continue to operate autonomously with the same management, strategies, markets and brand.
