Overview

Endeka SGR is a Milan asset management company, authorised by the Bank of Italy on 5 October 2021, whose alternative investment funds make medium-term loans to Italian SMEs with at least €1m of revenue, using a largely digital credit process and the guarantee of the Fondo Centrale di Garanzia. Its funds are reserved to professional investors: Endeka Credito Italia I (about €72m lent to some 220 SMEs between October 2022 and March 2025, supported by InvestEU), Magellano (about €77m to some 230 SMEs, supported by EFSI) and Endeka Credito POS I (short-term working-capital loans). Shareholders include CEO Sergio Vicinanza and other managers alongside four confidi/guarantee intermediaries (including Confcommercio-system Fin.Promo.Ter. and Fidi Impresa & Turismo Veneto).
