Overview

Endurance was founded in 2011 and made its first acquisition in 2013, buying the children's fashion business Canada House out of insolvency proceedings. Its manager, Endurance Equity Partners SGEIC, was entered in the CNMV register in November 2015. It invests through two mandates, Special Situations and Performing Opportunities, taking majority stakes in Spanish companies; its investors include funds of funds, pension funds, family offices and insurers. Endurance Fund III, F.C.R.E. was launched in 2025 with €30m.
