Overview

Extendam is a Paris portfolio management company specialised in the hotel sector. On behalf of its investor clients it takes stakes in SMEs that own the walls and/or operating business of economy to upscale hotels, which are run by partner operators and repositioned. At 30 June 2026 it reported more than 260 deals, 400+ hotels, 32,000 rooms and €5.6bn of gross assets across France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Germany, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands. In September 2026 it opened Hotels Premium II, an FPCI aiming at a portfolio of at least 12 hotel SMEs in major European cities.
