Overview
Flandrin Capital is a Paris portfolio management company authorised by the AMF under the full AIFM regime. It runs feeder funds into large private-equity funds, fund-of-funds, short-duration vintage co-investment funds and club deals for private investors, family offices and wealth managers. In July 2025 it structured its first evergreen semi-liquid secondary fund, investing in two Pantheon semi-liquid funds. In October 2025 the Cyrus wealth-management group announced a plan to acquire it, subject to AMF approval.
Investment thesis
Uses its position as an LP in European and US private-equity funds to source co-investment deals, which are offered to clients through vintage co-investment funds (deployed over about 12 months, 3–5 holdings) or club deals; feeders give private clients access to institutional funds with lower minimums.
