Overview

Hôtel Investissement Capital (HIC) is a Paris portfolio management company authorised by the AMF in March 2015 and owned by the Honotel group, a French hotel investor and operator. Its professional private equity funds (FPCI Hôtel Patrimoine, Cap Hospitality, Cap Hospitality III, IV and V) acquire existing midscale and upscale hotels, mostly buying both the property and the operating business, and reposition them with Honotel as operating partner. Hotels shown on its site include properties in Lyon, Nice, Chamonix, Brussels and Madrid. In April 2026 Cap Hospitality IV and V acquired the Pavillon Monceau hotel in Paris.

Investment thesis
