ABOUT
Ibla Capital is an independent investment company founded in 2015 by Alessandro Lo Savio that makes private equity investments in Italian small and medium-sized enterprises. Its investors are European and US institutions — pension funds, insurers, universities and foundations — investing directly or through European asset managers, and its managers also invest their own capital in the vehicles. It takes control stakes in manufacturing and service companies, often in special situations such as carve-outs, turnarounds and court-supervised restructurings, through the vehicles Ibla Industries and Ibla Industries II.

Control investments in manufacturing and service companies with €10–50M of revenues that can benefit from operational involvement, with focus on mechanics, components, packaging, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics; 3–7 year horizon; value creation through management and governance, balance-sheet strengthening, operational improvement and buy-and-build.
