ABOUT
Mircap Partners is an independent management company authorised by the AMF in 2022 and wholly owned by its team, with offices in Paris, Luxembourg and Milan. Founded by Michele Mezzarobba and François Pinel de Golleville, who worked together at Rothschild & Co for over ten years, it serves multi-family and family offices, private investors, private banks and institutions. Its main product is an annual co-investment programme, Mircap Opportunities, which takes €5–20M stakes in profitable, mature companies in Europe and North America alongside lead private equity managers; it also invests in funds as an LP, offers deal-by-deal co-investments and runs mandates. Mircap Opportunities raised €105M (final close January 2024) and Mircap Opportunities II more than €126M (final close June 2026).
INVESTMENT THESIS
Co-investment gives access to deals by international funds usually reserved for institutions; annual vintages of 5–8 holdings deployed over 12–18 months, with fees only on invested capital and a 5–7-year holding horizon, aim to reduce the J-curve. Sector-generalist and selective, focused on mature companies with growth potential.
