ONEtoONE Asset Management is the private equity management company of ONEtoONE Corporate Finance Group, a Spanish M&A advisory group for SMEs, created in 2022 by Enrique Quemada and Juan Cuesta. Its management company is registered with the CNMV under number 193 and manages the ONEtoONE Great Searchers project: two parallel vehicles (an FCRE fund and an FCRE company) with up to €35M that invest in search funds and in the companies they acquire. The plan targets about 80 search funds and 30 companies with EBITDA of €1M–€5M, allocated about 80% to Europe and 20% to other developed markets, mainly the United States.

Backs searchers through the search, acquisition, management and exit phases; targets cash-generative, low-capex SMEs in fragmented industries whose owners need succession, with EBITDA of €1M–€5M; Europe 80%, rest of world 20%.
