Overview

Peqan is an independent Paris management company authorised by the AMF in 2021 and founded by Jean-Philippe Hecketsweiler, co-founder of the HLD investment holding. It gives private investors and their wealth advisers access to institutional private equity through its own vehicles: multi-manager funds such as Peqan Convictions Evergreen (launched 2026, 8–15 semi-liquid institutional funds) and Peqan Convictions Secondaires, a secondary private-debt fund, and feeder funds into single managers (Bex Fund VI by Peqan, Peqan Growth Buyout Feeder). It does not invest directly in companies.

Investment thesis

Multi-manager exposure to institutional private-equity funds — LBO, secondaries and private debt — with dynamic allocation between managers, packaged for private investors from €10,000 (evergreen) or €100,000 (closed-end funds).
