Overview
Quant>ICO Investment Club Opportunities is an independent club-deal company launched in early 2025 by chairman Paolo Langè, CEO Antonio Da Ros (formerly head of Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions at Mediobanca) and notary Angelo Busani. UniCredit is its exclusive partner for raising capital from family offices, entrepreneurs and professionals and supports deal origination. It invests deal by deal, in minority or majority stakes, in Italian companies with revenue of €50–500M, with a focus on buy-and-build in fragmented sectors and generational transitions. Its first announced investment was a controlling stake in the Milan accounting and tax firm Spada Partners (January 2026).
