Overview

RGREEN INVEST is an independent French management company founded in 2010 by Nicolas Rochon that channels institutional capital into energy-transition and climate-adaptation infrastructure. Its INFRAGREEN funds invest equity and quasi-equity in renewable-energy projects and developers, and its INFRABRIDGE funds provide short-term senior debt to developers and holding companies, mainly in the European Economic Area. In 2026 it closed INFRAGREEN V at more than €900M and INFRABRIDGE IV at about €500M; it also manages the AFRIGREEN Debt Impact Fund and the CATI fund for Crédit Agricole Assurances, and launched an ELTIF for retail investors in December 2025. It has more than 50 staff.

Long-term equity and quasi-equity (INFRAGREEN) and short-term senior bridge and holdco debt (INFRABRIDGE) for developers, independent power producers and operators of renewable energy, storage, e-mobility, biomethane, geothermal and climate-adaptation infrastructure, mainly in the European Economic Area and OECD countries; all funds SFDR article 9.
