Overview

SCOR Investment Partners is the portfolio management company of the SCOR reinsurance group, authorised by the AMF in 2009, with staff in Paris, London and Zurich. It manages alternative fixed-income strategies for SCOR and more than 300 institutional clients in 25 countries, reporting €28bn of assets managed or advised including undrawn commitments (30 March 2026). Its private-markets activity covers European infrastructure debt (since 2013; €2.6bn financed across 88 projects in renewables, telecoms and transport) and value-add commercial real-estate debt, mainly in France (€2.2bn across 91 projects). It also runs high-yield bond, syndicated leveraged-loan and insurance-linked-securities strategies.

Investment thesis

Infrastructure debt: small and mid-sized senior, junior or subordinated secured loans, mostly exclusive club deals, to European energy-transition and digital infrastructure projects (renewables, telecoms, transport). Real-estate debt: senior, unitranche or mezzanine financing of value-add construction and renovation of commercial property, mainly in France.
