Overview
TeamSystem Capital at Work SGR is the asset management company of the TeamSystem group, the Italian business-software group controlled by Hellman & Friedman, authorised by the Bank of Italy on 27 May 2020. It manages reserved closed-end credit funds for professional investors that buy trade receivables of Italian SMEs, invoices owed by public administrations, and make direct loans, using the group's invoicing data and fintech platform for origination. Factor@Work, a receivables portfolio manager acquired by the group in 2019, was merged into the SGR in April 2022. Its active funds are Credito PMI, FPAM1 (anchored by BFF Banking Group, launched 2023), DOMM and Space Direct Lending Fund.
