ABOUT
Yarpa Investimenti SGR is the wholly owned asset-management company of the Yarpa group of Genoa, whose shareholders are a club of entrepreneurial families and institutions led by Yura International (Acutis family), with Vittoria Assicurazioni, Banca Passadore and Banco Azzoaglio among the institutional shareholders. Since 2012 the SGR has launched ten closed-end private equity funds that commit to about 60 international buy-out, growth capital and co-investment funds and make direct co-investments; since July 2018 it also manages individual private-equity mandates. Its clients are institutional investors, family offices, foundations, casse di previdenza and HNWIs.
