Asabys Partners is a Barcelona investment firm, registered with the CNMV as an SGEIC, that invests in healthcare and life-sciences innovation (therapeutics, medtech, diagnostics and digital health). Founded in 2018, it reports close to €400M of assets under management and 23 portfolio companies (May 2026). Its core funds are the Sabadell Asabys Health Innovation Investments vehicles, including Sabadell Asabys II (vintage 2023); in 2026 it launched Asabys Innvierte Tech Transfer FCRE, a technology-transfer fund of up to €120M in which CDTI and the EIF committed €74.7M. Alta Life Sciences was integrated into Asabys in October 2025.
