AC75 Startup Accelerator S.p.A. was founded in December 2021 in Ancona by Fondazione Marche, which describes itself as its first investor, with Fondazione Cariverona and the Università Politecnica delle Marche’s entrepreneurship foundation. It selects and invests in startups and runs programmes including Next Age, the CDP National Accelerators Network programme for silver-economy startups launched in April 2022 with an initial €5.46M subscribed by CDP Venture Capital’s Fondo Acceleratori and AC75, and SpinX (2025) for Marche university spin-offs. Next Age offers a first investment of €120k and follow-ons of up to €350k per startup.
