ABOUT

Bio4Dreams S.p.A. is a certified incubator (since 2019), accelerator and company builder in the life sciences, headquartered at MIND in Milan with a dozen Italian sites. It was incorporated on 21 September 2017 by partial demerger of Sanipedia s.r.l., taking over Sanipedia’s startup stakes and business nursery. Its incubation paths can include direct investment for shares; per its 2026 release it has evaluated over 2,600 projects, incubated 59 startups and acquired stakes in 21 of them. Its own shareholders include regional finance company Finaosta (€1M capital increase, October 2025) and the PNRR-funded National Biodiversity Future Center (2026).
