Overview
Nuclio was launched in Barcelona in 2016 by Carlos Blanco as a venture builder that creates startups from business models already validated in other markets, recruiting founding teams through its Nuclio Weekend events and providing central legal, finance, PR and HR services. At launch it said it would invest €50,000–€150,000 in each startup that reached an MVP (Barcinno). Since 2020 it has grown into a group that also includes Nuclio Digital School, Nuclio Talent and other companies, with offices in Barcelona and Madrid. It says it has co-founded more than 15 startups, which have raised over €70M.
