4Tree Capital

Overview

4Tree Capital is a bank-independent, owner-managed multi-family office on Neuer Wall in Hamburg, founded in 2022; three of its managing partners previously worked in Deutsche Bank's wealth advisory. It serves entrepreneurial families and wealthy individuals with wealth management, investment advisory, financing, insurance and real-estate services, and says it supports start-ups and SMEs with capital. Its subsidiary 4Tree Capital Ventures, managed by Malte Reitzig, took a stake in the private credit manager Deutsche Credit Capital Partners in 2024 and in MGM Cosmetics, the cosmetics brand of the model agency MGM, in 2025.

Investment thesis

4Tree Capital Ventures aims to build a diversified portfolio of companies with stable business models and high innovation potential, complementing its existing holdings in the financial sector and widening financing options for clients and partners.
