Overview
Agache is the family holding company of Bernard Arnault, registered in Paris as a société en commandite par actions since 2022. It wholly owns Financière Agache, which in September 2026 held 96% of the capital of Christian Dior and 6.77% of LVMH directly; Christian Dior in turn is LVMH's main holding company. Beyond LVMH, Agache took 52.4% of Paris FC via Agache Sport in November 2024 alongside Red Bull, exited Lagardère in June 2025, and is the backer of the venture firm Aglaé Ventures. In September 2026 Christian Dior announced a plan to merge Financière Agache and Agache into Christian Dior, renamed Agache SCA, which would hold 49.76% of LVMH's capital and 65.55% of its voting rights.
