Al Siraj Holdings SAOC was founded by the late Mohamed Rashid Abdullah Al Fannah Al Araimi, a former general manager and vice chairman of Galfar Engineering & Contracting. The group comprises more than 15 companies and affiliated businesses across construction, oil drilling, manufacturing, higher education, tourism, food and beverage, trading and technology. It is chaired by Budoor Mohamed Rashid Al Araimi, with family members leading its investment, energy and industry, construction and real-estate activities.
