HP Wealth Management (S) Pte Ltd was founded in 2009 by Urs Brutsch and Michael Foo, began as a Notified Fund Manager, obtained a MAS capital markets services licence in 2012, launched family office services in 2013 and a private markets capability in 2017. It provides discretionary investment management, investment advisory, family office services and consolidated virtual custody reporting to high net worth individuals and families, using clients' chosen custodian banks. HPWM Private Capital was set up at the request of two multi-generational sponsoring families to build their portfolios of direct investments, co-investments and fund commitments; the managers it lists include Permira, AlpInvest, ICG, Berkshire Partners, Petershill and Evolution Equity Partners.
