Overview
Megeve is the family office of the Solari Donaggio family, held by Reinaldo Solari's sons Piero, Sandro and Carlo, according to a 2014 Diario Financiero interview relayed by Minería Chilena. At that time its holdings included Haldeman Mining and Serabi Gold, the Termotasajero power plant in Colombia (entered in 2007 with Corso), a 7.13% stake in AquaChile, and stakes in Falabella, Cementos Polpaico, Enaco and Parque del Recuerdo; it said its main line was financial investments alongside real-sector deals and that it avoids anything competing with Falabella. Diario Financiero named Julio Dittborn as managing director in December 2023.
