VAR Capital Ltd was incorporated in England in August 2014 and is authorised by the FCA (reference 718558), with offices in Mayfair, London and at Dubai World Trade Centre, where an affiliate is registered as a multi-family office. The firm says it began as a single-family office and now serves entrepreneurs, families, trustees and professionals with discretionary portfolio management, deal-by-deal private capital opportunities, real estate and Lombard lending advice, and family office support. It was co-founded by Vikash Gupta, Ashish Vasudeva and Rajat Sharma.
