Overview
CDP Real Asset SGR is the asset manager of the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti group for real estate and infrastructure, set up in 2009 by CDP with ACRI and ABI. Its website states about €3bn under management (undated figure) across eight direct and indirect funds, mostly social housing (FIA, FNAS, FNA), urban regeneration (FIV, Fondo Sviluppo) and tourism (FNT). Since 2023 it also runs FOF Infrastrutture, a fund of funds that commits to Italian infrastructure funds, with CDP Equity as cornerstone and Italian pension funds as co-investors.
