AÉSIO mutuelle is a French health and provident mutual covering 2.1 million people, formed from the ADRÉA, APRÉVA and Eovi-Mcd mutuals and part of Aéma Groupe since 2021. Its investment portfolio was about €2bn at market value at 31 December 2024: listed securities 49%, holdings and unlisted securities 29% and property 14%. Its unlisted fund strategy focuses on health, regional funds and climate/biodiversity solutions, with commitments to funds such as Mutuelles Impact, Captech Santé, FRI Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes 2, Blue Ocean (SWEN) and Sienna F2E. In March 2025 it joined the group of institutional investors behind the “Objectif Biodiversité” initiative, which is structuring an unlisted fund of about €150M.
