123 IM (123 Investment Managers, formerly 123Venture) is a Paris management company founded in 2001 by Olivier Goy, joined by Xavier Anthonioz and Richard Allanic, and authorised by the AMF since 2001. It raises funds mainly from private investors through wealth advisers, and from institutions, and invests in unlisted French companies with equity, quasi-equity and financing in three areas: tourism (hotels, campsites, leisure), healthcare and senior care, and infrastructure (renewable energy, energy renovation). Its group also includes Pams (multi-management), Pierres Responsables REIM (real estate) and the Lendosphere crowdfunding platform.
