ALTIS Capital is an independent AMF-approved management company in Lyon, led by founding partners Erwin Yonnet (President) and Johanna Guzman (CEO), dedicated to growth capital for industry. Its single fund, the FPCI FAB AURA-BFC set up in October 2023 in partnership with the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, takes minority stakes of €5–20m (alone or with co-investors) alongside managers and families in regional industrial SMEs and mid-caps. Its stated aims are reindustrialisation, job creation and decarbonisation of industrial processes.
