ABOUT

Alto Partners SGR is an independent Milan-based private equity manager controlled by its management, with a secondary office in Bologna. Its timeline dates the SGR's incorporation to 2004 and the launch of its funds to Alto Capital II (2005), Alto Capital III (2011), Alto Capital IV (2017) and Alto Capital V (2022), with 52 investments to date (35 platform deals and 17 add-ons). It takes majority stakes to support generational transitions and qualified minority stakes to fund expansion in Italian SMEs in food, industrial, consumer goods, pharmaceutical and business services.
