Anthilia Capital Partners SGR is an independent Milan asset manager founded by professionals from asset management, investment banking and corporate finance. Besides liquid funds, discretionary mandates and financial advisory, it runs a private capital business that invests in Italian SMEs through private debt funds reserved to institutional investors (the Anthilia BIT series) and through ELTIF/PIR-alternative funds open to retail investors. The private debt funds subscribe bonds and loans that finance growth, acquisitions and generational transitions.
